“Increasing the value of a client’s home can be a long journey but so rewarding”

Kingston extension and full refurbishment

The client needed to increase the value of her property by 50% so a full refurbishment of the four floor victorian house was essential - but the rear extension creating a large kitchen, dining and sitting room was the key element in placing the property in a different price bracket. Reinstating the period detail in the front half of the house and adding a modern space for family living

Nicky Percival's professional guidance through a difficult project was invaluable. Without her guidance we would not have been able to complete the project on time and to such a high standard of workmanship. I would recommend her expertise to any aspiring client who desires only the best.
